[ubuntu-hardened] [AppArmor] Default Firefox profile: ~/Downloads and ~/Public directory issue.

Hello,

Mr Strandboge I'm using Xubuntu 12.04.4 LTS with
standard Firefox profile and there is not 'xdg-user-dirs.d'
directory under '/etc/apparmor.d/tunables/' location.

So, it's enough if non-english user will edit mentioned
parts of a Firefox profile and change dirs names to his
native language? That's all? He does not have to
create/edit 'site.local' file? Am I right?
