My name is Jeff and I'm a Systems Administrator for Ticketmaster. My
team manages a global infrastructure (mostly Linux) where security and
high availability are paramount. Ubuntu has put a new breath into the
open source desktop that has been sorely lacking.

I'd like to use my experience to make the backend of Ubuntu more
secure and efficient for everyone. Just because Debian thinks
proactive security like SELinux isn't all that important doesn't mean
Ubuntu has to. Russel Coker's hard work on SELinux in debian is way
too underrated.
