[Change #2] Ubuntu GNOME Team Structure

Hi,

I would like to introduce the concept of "Team Structure" and bring that to
Ubuntu GNOME Community.

Perhaps most people think it is only Tim and myself who are leading this
project/community. Well, not exactly.

https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/GettingInvolved/WhoWeAre#UbuntuGNOME.2BAC8-GettingInvolved.2BAC8-TeamStructure.Ubuntu_GNOME_Team_Structure

It is on this page:
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuGNOME/GettingInvolved/WhoWeAre

Soon, there will be another change but that is on different email. It is
however related to the structure of the team.

Also, I would like to explain a very important thing.

*All of us are smarter, better, stronger, etc than anyone of us.*

This is the golden rule. No doubt about it.
There is NO one better than the other here.

That said, the titles such us: Leader, Team Leader, Manager, etc does NOT
mean X is better than Y and Y is less important than X.

So, what dose it mean?
It means X is doing this and Y is doing that.

That is all :)
As simple as it is.

These titles are important - IMHO - not only internally but externally as
well. If someone outside our community would like to contact someone within
Ubuntu GNOME with specific role, he/she needs to know who is doing what.

I hope that is clear.

This email does not bring a major change. The next email that is related to
this one might bring some changes ;)

Thank you!

P.S.
As always, feedback, suggestions, etc are welcome :)
