Official Flavor and name

I don't see how "Ubuntu GNOME" is any less official than an *buntu name. I guess there is an initial assumption that it would be called Gubuntu,
due to the common theme amongst most of the other flavours, however once we are established I doubt it matters. Add to that, the gubuntu.org
domain is already taken, and it was mentioned on the tech board thread that new *buntu names are frowned upon.
