Official Flavor and name

Just in case, start to create the "gubuntu" packages.

These are the packages that I am working on:

* iso-build-script - small change in package names
* ubuntu-seeds - also small changes
* ubuntu-gnome-meta -> gubuntu-meta - renamed.
* ubiquity-slideshow-ubuntu - new slideshow, also better slide for 13.04
with some texts.
* ubuntu-gnome-default-settings -> gubuntu-default-settings - just rename
packages.

This project has been created:

https://launchpad.net/gubuntu-default-settings

And the team:

https://launchpad.net/~gubuntu-dev
https://code.launchpad.net/~gubuntu-dev

So, if we don't change the name, at least I will learn a little bit more
about this packages.

Cheers,
