Ubuntu-Gnome 13.10 or 13.04

Ubuntu is run on a time-based release schedule, so while there may still be bugs on release day, stability will grow throughout the cycle.
Basically bugs get fixed in 13.10 first and then where relevant backported to 13.04. You will find many bugs have been fixed in 13.04 since it
was released.

Such delay is what makes it exceptionally bug-free and standardized. I need to test the full option GNOME.
