Hi,

As far as I know, Extension Pack has nothing to do with PAE feature.
https://www.virtualbox.org/manual/ch01.html#intro-installing

That is an option you can choose (tick) on your Oracle Virtual Machine:

Choose your Virtual Machine > Right Click > Settings > System > Processor >
Enable PAE/NX
