When it's a program name, it should NOT be translated, the same way
Gnome isn't translated as "Gnomo", mplayer as "mreproductor",
LibreOffice as "OficinaLibre" or many other examples. Translating them
would cause unnecessary confusion to many users

Those names should be considered the same as personal names or trade
marks, so Dash should remain Dash in spanish too.

Just my oppinion, but think about whether it makes sense to translate
some names but not others.
