Gathering all the initiatives !!!

I know there were many bad experiences about the "generic name groups", but
Open Egypt in particular is different, Open Egypt aims an open-source
conversion strategy for all of Egypt, on a governmental and business scope,
that's a perfect way of gathering ALL open sources' activists all Egypt
around because it really needs all of them, that's how I met people from
ubuntu-eg, CairoGTUG, Eglug, LinuxAC and many other communities and
companies.
It's more like consortium, Just like the W3C (you may recognize that name if
you were into web design)
that's all :)
