[ec2-beta] Ubuntu on Amazon beta trial

you do not download the images - they are stored on amazons servers.
Each image has a unique identifier (eg, ami-814aaee8 for the 32bit
ubuntu image) and the instructions tell you how to start one of these
images on ec2.
