Community involvement - brainstorming

I like the concept of Doc Hours used to get a few of us together to work on
one common goal.

With IRC and Hangout:
IRC: more formal, what have we been doing, what's next, what's the status
for this page or project.

Hangout: Let everyone see each other in "person" and see 'wow he or she is
a real person and they are cool. Used really to connect as a team but can
also be used to brainstorm for new ideas as used in the UOS.

Having 2 or 3 hour slots is a great way to over come the timezone issue, a
group I'm working with is all in Europe so they are meeting at 6am in my
timezone but like 1pm theirs so it is annoying.

Making information available front and center is the best way for it to be
found and questions to be asked so contributions can be made.
