Believe me, we know.
The 13.04 ubuntu-docs had very little updating from 12.10.
The "Whats's New" page is basically the 12.10 version.
Hannie pointed out that "Gwibber" has been removed, yet it is
featured as "New" on that page.

It'll get fixed at some point, however probably not until the next
release cycle.
