WIki Documentation: Not allowed to edit page

Hello all,

I don't know if this is the appropriate place to ask. I tried
Freenode's #ubuntu-doc on IRC to no avail.
I'm a contributor to the netsniff-ng project and I'm having a really
hard time trying to get started on
a community page. I signed up for an account, logged in, went to the
URL(below), clicked on what I believe to be
the WikiName i.e. "Netsniff-NG" and clicked Create new page. It should
be noted that there isn't
any existing documentation on the project.

I receive this: "You are not allowed to edit this page.". I tried
setting a template too.
