This email is a bit confusing because Ubuntu doesn't have licenses and
you didn't specify what directions you are following or what exactly
you're trying to do.

That said, you really want ubuntu-users at lists.ubuntu.com for user
questions (or ubuntuforums.org or askubuntu.com), as this list is for
documentation work.
