Upload of ubuntu-docs soon?

Hi Doug,

for lubuntu alternate, the alternate install does fairly closely follow the
server-cd installation guide[1] until you get to the part on tasksel which
is not a part of lubuntu alternate. The test cases for alternate[2] give
step by step instructions which can be easily be converted into a wiki page
for lubuntu.
