Suggestion: Postpone DocumentationStringFreeze

DocumentationStringFreeze was on April 4, but very little work has been
done to the Raring docs. Would it be sane to just leave it at that?

If I remember it correctly, for some previous Ubuntu versions, the
DocumentationStringFreeze was postponed until a couple of months after
FinalRelease, meaning that a general exception was granted from the SRU
procedures with respect to docs changes, and the doc team could keep
working on updating the docs. Aren't there good reasons to do something
similar this time?
