Suggestion: make language switching available in official web help for 12.10 and 12.04 desktops

If you look closely you'll see that the page itself isn't translated but
you're redirected to another page on another site (e.g. Dutch (Nederlands)
goes to www.ubuntu <http://www.ubuntu-nl.org>- <http://www.ubuntu-nl.org>
nl.org <http://www.ubuntu-nl.org>). Afaik had this been one of reasons we
have been looking at SUMO to address this. But it has been deemed to
unstable or something else. Can be found in the mail archive.
