Thanks for getting in touch with us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having
trouble getting started with Ubuntu. From your email, it sounds like you're
referring to difficulty with server setup and administration. Are you also
having trouble getting started with setting up a desktop?

As for the server info you need, what are you trying to get set up with
Ubuntu? Are you trying to set up a file server, mail server, or something
different? Knowing that information can help us point you to some resources
that may be of assistance.

As a note, this isn't a support forum, but your note can help point us to
areas where our docs can improve, and we can also try and point you to other
documentation resources.
