The REAL "fancy pants"

This issue has come up in the past, I'm not sure why we haven't locked
the front page of the community documentation to the EditorGroup [1]
(aka Wiki Admins [2]).  There are some other pages that require elevated
privileges, like UbuntuHashes [3].
