Apologies for replying so horrendously late.  Given that we now have
usb-creator-gtk, usb-creator-kde [1], and usb-creator for Windows [2,
3], I'm keen to do what I can to help get Augustina's document, plus
some updates and screenshots, put in place of the existing community
documentation.  I would like to link to the resulting page from
releases.ubuntu.com for the 9.10 release.  I'd especially like to do
this because I see it as the best way to inform Windows users of how
to get usb-creator until it's linked to off the main Ubuntu website.

I can start this in a bzr branch, if that's helpful.

I don't have a preference on where a docbook version goes.  I'm fine
with it in ubuntu-docs or usb-creator-common.
