Nope, this was an oversight - corrected to read "release candidate" in the
final draft, thanks.

Well, it's not specific to the desktop either; nor to desktop+server; etc.
I've struggled with placement of that link, and haven't really found any of
the options satisfying.  Currently, it's at least set off from the
per-variant blurbs by two blank lines... I think we'll keep this as-is for
this round.

Sorry for missing this question before now - the deadline is approximately
