Some questions from a newbie

Dear All,

I have been using Ubuntu for around a year now. I find that Ubuntu is an
amazing OS. It is stable, fast, and provide a wider source of great
application that helps me in my day-to-day life.I have been collecting
some amazing tips and how-to around the web around Ubuntu and software
in general and I would like to share them. I would like to ask the
members of this mailing list what is best way to do this. Is there a
specific Ubuntu wiki page where I can post my articles ? Or is this
something that is totally not appropriate in the Documentation Team/
