I'm glad you like using Ubuntu and are thinking of contributing to the
documentation team. :-)

Two of the biggest areas that we work on in the documentation team are
the system documentation (which can be seen at help.ubuntu.com, or on
your computer by pressing F1) and the community help wiki,
https://help.ubuntu.com/community .

The community help wiki sounds like it might be something that you'd
want to help out with, but have you also thought about contributing to
the Beginners Team ( https://wiki.ubuntu.com/BeginnersTeam )? That
might be an option, too.

If you want to contribute to the docs . . . most people tend to pick a
certain area that they really know a lot about, or want to learn more
about (e.g., documenting tasks relating to music, videos, and photos).

I hope this helps . . . and welcome!

Jim
