String Freeze

I'm still going to commit a few changes tonight, but the xubuntu-doc package
isn't even built yet because I am not a packaging master and don't really
even know how to do that. :)
I'll finish things up tonight, though, and will then bug someone (perhaps
Cody or Nixternal or another kind motu-soul) to package things.
