Moving/Reorganizing How To Backup on the Wiki

Thanks a bunch guys I am going to start working on it now. So just to
make sure I get this right, the idea is that I create a page at
jmburgess/HowToBackup and then do all my work in there, and then email
the list saying check this out, and then an editor can sort of remove
the jmburgess part and it becomes "live" of sorts. Am I sort of
understanding correctly?

One more question, in my sandbox is it ok if I copy stuff from other
backup related wiki pages? Of course I will be editing them and such but
copying them at least as a starting place.

Sorry for all the questions!
