Hey all,

Just wanted to say that I think the recent conversations have been great for
the most part. I've abstained from joining in to this point because, to me
IMHO, which tools, teams, etc we use isn't a big deal. I'm confident that I
can learn and adapt to whichever process is chosen. For me focusing on
content is where I feel I can contribute best.

I might not be caught up on the conversation, but is the decision for which
teams, processes, tools etc going to be decided at the meeting in May?

I can definitely help with this. Just let me know what needs to be done, or
what you would like help with.

I haven't always agreed with you Matthew, but I really appreciate your
contribution to Ubuntu and the Doc Team. I for one am *not* calling for
anyone to take a more minor role.

Does it make sense to have more regular meetings, say once a month? I know
the weekly Server Team meetings are great to keep everyone informed on the
status of various projects. I think the same thing could be accomplished
with a monthly meeting. I seem to vaguely recall that being mentioned
before, so forgive me if I'm going around in circles.
