Hey all,

Just wanted to say that I think the recent conversations have been great for the most part. I've abstained from joining in to this point because, to me IMHO, which tools, teams, etc we use isn't a big deal. I'm confident that I can learn and adapt to whichever process is chosen. For me focusing on content is where I feel I can contribute best.

I might not be caught up on the conversation, but is the decision for which teams, processes, tools etc going to be decided at the meeting in May?

Conceivably others could be granted access to the bzr branch from
which changes are synched, indeed it could be made an ~ubuntu-core-doc
branch, but to date no one has asked to help with this. I'm happy if
that could be changed, the burden of updating help.ubuntu.com has
actually been quite time consuming and I'd love some help with it.

I can definitely help with this. Just let me know what needs to be done, or what you would like help with.

Ok, obviously I don't know who has been involved in that, but if there
is a feeling on the part of the team that I'm unfairly dominating
discussions and obstructing the growth or development of the group,
then it's fair to ask me to step back and take a more minor role. I've
given 4 years of volunteering to the group, and while I'm very keen to
continue what I do now, I'll put the interests of the team ahead of
that desire any day of the week.

I haven't always agreed with you Matthew, but I really appreciate your contribution to Ubuntu and the Doc Team. I for one am *not* calling for anyone to take a more minor role.

Does it make sense to have more regular meetings, say once a month? I know the weekly Server Team meetings are great to keep everyone informed on the status of various projects. I think the same thing could be accomplished with a monthly meeting. I seem to vaguely recall that being mentioned before, so forgive me if I'm going around in circles.
