It won't set links for editors without homepages. For those with
homepages, it should always set the links, unless there is a problem
of some kind.

Thanks. Yes, if there is a completely blank page, then I can't think
of any reason not to delete it.

Agreed. After we switch to a more recent version of Moin, we can
investigate with the LP guys whether there is a way of making this
happen.
