Hello.

The problem is that your 'Name' field contains a plus (+) character. If you
remove the plus, you should be able to login.

1. Go to your Launchpad page (make sure you are logged in).
2. Click the 'Change details' link (on the right).
3. Change the Name field (ensuring you have not included any '+' characters).
4. Click the 'Save Changes' button.
