Help wiki theme now in bzr

Hi there,

We've added the help wiki theme to a bzr branch here:

https://code.launchpad.net/~ubuntu-core-doc/ubuntu-doc/helptheme

This enables us to play around with improvements to the look and feel
of the help wiki. One thing it would be great to do would be to bring
the help wiki theme up to date with the Ubuntu website. I know the
Italian team have recently been working on something similar so we may
find that we can get some tips from them as to how to do that easily.

For anyone with ideas about how to improve the graphics of the help
wiki, now is your chance: check out the code and submit any
improvements!
