There used to be a link to the Switching guide on the doc.ubuntu.com
webpage, but that seems to have broken. The only way to get at the guide
seems to be through bzr at the moment; see [1] for more info.

You can find the Switching guide in the ubuntu/switching/C directory of
your bzr branch. It takes the form of a DocBook book, so you'll need to
open the file "switching.xml" in Yelp or KHelpCenter to see the whole
guide.
