request for review: Gutsy release candidate announcement

Hi again,

We're on from the beta to the release candidate, so I need your help once
more in reviewing the draft of the release announcement.  The draft can be

Much of this text has been copied wholesale from the beta announcement and
will look familiar, but perhaps I've overlooked some important new
information or introduced some errors along the way.

There was also a discussion on this list after the beta about boot time
improvements, but I don't think that resulted in any concrete numbers and
the thread seems to have petered out.  If there really are widespread boot
speed improvements since Feisty that would be great to mention, but we'd
need to demonstrate this first.

Please feel free to edit the wiki page directly if corrections are needed,
or if you have points that need discussion please Cc: me on any replies.
