Subversion commit is slow

Hello,

We are facing this issue for past couple of months. Whenever we commit
in the ubuntu-doc Subversion repository, it takes couple of minutes to
finish the commit. I highly suspect we may have a buggy hook-script
running in the repository for every commit.

Anyone who have access to the Subversion repository can take a look in
the hook-script? Due to the same reason we are not getting irc alert
in #ubuntu-doc channel whenever the commit occurs.
