Indeed, I didn't take under consideration the documentation freeze
deadline. This leaves us with _really_ little time.

On the other hand, in my opinion we should not postpone the process of
changing documentation structure according to TopicBasedHelp even
further. The goal is relevant and a close deadline is a strong
motivation factor. If we get more people involved and start Right Now
we are likely to finish this by mid-February. Even if we do not manage
to cover all topics we will have solid basics to work on for the next
release.
