Start and End Slides, Take 3

[Ubuntu Clips]

Please find below links to the latest start and end slides based on the most
recent feedback. In addition to Matthew's suggestions, I've also removed the
cc logo, since the start slide was too cluttered with it in there. If these
look ok, I'll make corresponding versions for kubuntu and xubuntu. Please
let me know.
