Well, I had a friend with a Mac test the mov file and apparently
Quicktime would not play it. I will try the other method and see how far
I get with it. 

In addition iTunes apparently would not accept the file either.

Michael - how do ubuntuclips generate their mov files? Do you have a
guide?
