ubuntu and my wireless

hello, Just a quick answer to your question, the wireless card you may have
may only have windows drivers, Ubuntu doesn't natively have those drivers
built in due to copyrights and stuff =( but there is NDISwraper, your card
maybe supported by NDISwrapper. I don't know the web sight off hand, but
Google may help you out, Google "NDISwrapper and < your wireless card> "

I had to do the above with my computer a gateway 7330gz, but luckily it had
a broadcom 73xx? in it
