Documentation regarding system requirements for feisty/or edgy, hoary, dapper

I ran into this problem a couple of weeks ago - there doesn't seem to be
any proper system requirements document available. I created one on the
help wiki, but the numbers aren't very reliable [1]. Please amend it as
appropriate.
