Hmm, that is a hard one. The LaptopTestingTeam pages are clearly not
but yours is iffy. I am not keen on machine specific help pages,
because the information contained on them is often not specific to
that machine. Here is the concrete steps I would take to remedy that:

1. Move your page under the LaptopTestingTeam page
2. Make your page an explicit testing team page
3. If things don't work, file bugs
4. If they don't work, I would rather add the information to the
relevant pages (Modem, bluetooth, etc.) as it is a fair bet your is
not the only laptop having those issues.
