missing in docs

In the Hardware section of the Desktop Guide, section 4.3.2.2 is about
configuring an Nvidia card. What is missing in the documentation
though is that X must be restarted before the 'new settings' take
effect. Not supprisingly paragraph 4, which looks at how to start
nvidia-setting, is wrong because there's not really anything to set
until X has been restarted.

Could someone with access to whichever version of docs is being worked
on make that change? It could possibly be added to paragraph 3 as
another command.
