Wiki Cleanup Proposal

One piece of wiki editing that is probably overkill is
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/OperaRelatedPages, because we only have one
page in the whole wiki for the Opera browser...

I commented out the automatic search display on that page, because it
was picking up a bunch of pages with "Operation" in their titles as
well, and the wiki.u.c/Opera page, which was created in error and is
only a redirect to OperaBrowser.

I know we have a FirefoxRelatedPages page, and much as I know Opera is
a superior browser, I don't think it needs an OperaRelatedPages page
right now.
