Switching from Windows guide

Can't we keep the Switching Guide together in one document and still
swipe hunks for the help system, help.ubuntu.com, and place some on
the install CD. Seems like we don't have to have it either/or but
instead why not both. Some users will find one way useful and other
will find the other way more useful. Maybe we shouldn't limit choice.
