improving scope of (Ubuntu) documentation for Dapper

Ok I thought about this a bit more this morning, and realised that
actually there is a difference: people running a server won't use
synaptic etc to install things and will generally want a more terminal
based approach. So with that in mind, I'd suggest:

* Ubuntu Desktop Starter Guide
* Ubuntu Server Starter Guide

I think this would avoid overlap, and lead to two comprehensive guides,
and the user would have no doubt which to turn to when seeking to
resolve a specific problem.
