I don't see a major difference between having a separate section in the
starter guide for server things, and having a separate guide for server
things. This is a broader issue of how we are going to organise our
documentation.

Rob pointed out this as an interesting method of organisation.

I would be in favour of having a separate guide for Server related
things, but I think that we need to think carefully about how to split
up and organise the Ubuntu-specific documentation.
