Status of Breezy Translations

Another agenda item for the meeting is "status of Breezy translations".
This doesn't really need discussion at the meeting, the following
summary should be enough:

* People have continued to translate ubuntu-docs in rosetta.
* You can see the status at https://launchpad.net/products/ubuntu-doc
(click on the templates on the left)
* Matt Zimmermann has said that it is fine for us to publish an update
of ubuntu-docs in Breezy after a decent period has elapsed, on condition
that we send him the debdiff for approval.
