It is a technical fact that moin is easier to edit because people are
instantly gratified when they press submit. However, moin is a sure fire way
to mess your documentation.
The real problem is that there is no Docbook XML editor that is free and works
well. Conglomerate has been in development for a few years and is not going
anywhere fast. The best semi free solution is in XML mind, but then people
here tend not to like java. Assuming you have an editor that people can use,
you then need people to over come their fear of working with a RCS.
