Rehashing wikis

I've also made a copy of the FrontPage and put it under the above page
at http://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/TestingNewFrontPage. I was thinking
about maybe changing it according to the ideas that get thrown up on
this thread and on the IdeasForNewFrontPageStructure page. I've started
doing that just briefly but it needs feedback.

If anyone wants to make suggestions then I would be delighted.
Obviously, this can also wait until people have more time after release.
