Wiki -- Upgrading from Warty Warthog to Hoary Hedgehog

I should be all set w/ https://www.ubuntulinux.org/wiki/HoaryUpgradeNotes
though I do need some help w/ my wiki formating as I am not very knowledge
about that.  Any takers.  Hopefully my information is valid because that
is what I did to get things to work :)
