Rehashing wikis

Hey All,

Back to the wiki idea. Here are some further revisions.

1. Take over the ubuntuguide.org domain.
-I have already sent an email to Chua regarding this
Rational: It is already well linked

2. Turn ubuntuguide.org into the offical website for ALL ubuntu docs
-move all existing docs at ubuntu.com both in and out of the wiki to here

3. Leave the exisiting ubuntu.com wiki for dev chatter, including ours

4. Move all the docbook stuff into the wiki as well

Thus we need the following items to happen:
1. Get ubuntuguide.org
2. Better wiki engine - I suggest MediaWiki
3. HTML to PDF converter
4. Buy in from the rest of you
