Rehashing wikis

I've had a look at the DocBook related wikis and it seems there is the
following format:

Docbook
  Ubuntu Docbook Interchange Protocol 
DocBook
  DocBookReference
  DocbookVim
  Docbook_test.html

I will first work on integrating the material in Docbook and DocBook,
then I will attempt to change the parentage of the lower tree documents
so that they come under the single parent, and finally try and amend all
relevant links in other documents. Gimme a few days though as I've got
some work on at the moment.
